nole at the boozer

nole pizza is a lockdown baby and appears at The Grosvenor in the form of a little shed - nole at the boozer. We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe and hand-stretch our dough which is made daily in our Pie Room at The Pembroke Arms in Wilton. Despite the Italian recipe, we try not to look at ourselves as an Italian pizza joint, and instead like to use the abundance of wonderful produce we’re surrounded by. You can enjoy your pizza at the pub, in the comfort of your own home, or wherever you like to be honest. nole at the boozer is only open on Friday evenings at the moment. If you fancy it on another evening, why not nip to our little shop in Salisbury or to nole in the barn at The Pembroke in Wilton.
