Our food and drink offer is guided by the seasons as we do our best to make use of the abundance of great suppliers who surround us. Our offer is stewarded by Harvey Spencer-Smith (former Head Chef of the Beckford Arms in Tisbury & Spread Eagle in Stourhead) and Pascale Vickery (former Head Chef & Owner of the Fat Radish in Frome), who work closely together to plate our guests the absolute best of what's around. Forget micro herbs and fussy plates. Our food is comprised of three core elements as we'll always keep it simple.
