Our food and drink offer is guided by the seasons as we try very hard to utilise the hard work of our honest and passionate local suppliers. Our offer is stewarded by Head Chef, Joey Haynes, who precures and plates our guests the best of what he can get his hands on. You'll find old classics sitting pride of place on our menu, like our wonderfully large hand raised pies, as well as locally sourced fish - be it from Brixham or Chalk Stream - and we’ll always have a vegan or vegetarian dish too. We aren’t into micro herbs and fussy plates, our food is hearty, interesting and delicious; we keep things simple and do them well.
